Is it just me, or is this not even close to being over?

So, the polls have closed and the initial results are in. Just as in 2000 when Al Gore conceded the election, Hillary has conceded the election, but said that first, “we need to make sure that every vote is counted.” That means that precincts all have to decide what to do with their provisional ballots, and states like Florida and Pennsylvania will probably trigger automatic recounts.

Or was I missing something there? It would seem to me that there were probably more than 1% of the vote that were cast as provisional. Then, if the winner in Florida or Pennsylvania gets less than 0.5% of the total vote as their winning share, then the state has to fund a full recount, right? Before we start planning for a Trump presidency, maybe we should make sure that we have to first? Because the provisional ballots could take weeks, and if there is a recount, it will probably be faster than in 2000, but it will still potentially be with Clinton being in the lead due to the number of provisional ballots that are confirmed to be hers. Let’s just hope that they have managed to replace the ballots with the hanging chads!
